Saatchi’s Kevin Roberts is worried about the proliferation of nimble new media agencies that are adept at the social media game. He believes that businesses are desperate for an uber-consultant—a brand navigator who devises an overall message, then subcontracts the work to the relevant people–interactive shops, direct marketers, and so on.
