ABN Amro has started its own social networking site for entrepreneurs and SMEs. When customers asked for access too, ABN Amro launched it as a facilitating engagement platform where users, who can even be non-ABN Amro entrepreneurs, can share knowledge and information. A great step for a brand to listen to its customers.
