A Come Back for Cash

Came across an interesting news story from the British Retail Consortium. Over the last year in the UK, cash has taken over plastic money when it comes to paying for goods. An understanding of how ugly credit card debt can actually get is finally dawning on customers and they are beginning to choose wisely. Customers are also increasingly realising how much retailers charge for proccessing card payments and how these charges ultimately distill into the higher prices that customers pay for. This trend is also true of Britishers travelling abroad who increasingly prefer to pay in the local currency than in plastic.
